How Long Does The Coverage Last?

 This warranty lasts for 6 (six) months / 70,000 miles after the purchase of the item(s). Coverage terminates once one year has passed from the invoice date.

 Esta garantía tiene una duración de 6 (seis) meses / 70,000 millas después de la compra de los artículos. La cobertura finaliza una vez transcurrido un año desde la fecha de la factura.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

 This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions of the cylinder head related to the services we provided to your part in the past and listed in the invoice, such as hermeticity, flatness, and finish of the resurfaced areas.

¿Qué es lo que esta garantia cubre?

 Esta garantía cubre cualquier defecto o mal funcionamiento de la culata relacionado con los servicios brindados a su pieza en el pasado y que se enumeran en nuestra factura, como la hermeticidad, la planicidad y acabado de las áreas rectifadas.

What Will DER (Diesel Engine Repairs LLC) Do?

 DER will replace or repair your malfunctioning cylinder head at no charge, as long as the defect/malfunction is related to hermeticity, flatness and finish. We will work with you the best we can to get your cylinder head back to manufacturer specifications as fast as possible.  DER will not reimburse any labor or other engine parts damaged as a result of the cylinder head failure. DER guarantees the cylinder head meets the manufacturer specs at the time of delivering the part.  

Repairs made without our authorization will void the warranty.

¿Qué hará DER (Diesel Engine Repairs LLC)?

 DER reemplazará o reparará su culata defectuosa sin cargo, siempre que el defecto/mal funcionamiento esté relacionado con la hermeticidad y la planicidad. Trabajaremos con usted lo mejor que podamos para que su culata vuelva a las especificaciones del fabricante lo más rápido posible. DER no reembolsará mano de obra u otras piezas del motor dañadas como resultado de la falla de la culata de cilindros. DER garantiza que la culata cumple con las especificaciones del fabricante al momento de entregar la pieza.

Las reparaciones realizadas sin nuestra autorización anularán la garantía.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

EN -Labor to remove or replace the cylinder head will not be covered. 

Any labor or other engine parts damaged as a result of the cylinder head failure will not be covered.

DER guarantees the cylinder head is back to manufacturer specifications at the time of delivery but won’t take responsibility for future cracks that could emerge.

Cylinder head that is out of specifications due to misused, damaged by accident, or negligence (E.g., Damage caused by improper installation, overheating, abuse, or neglect) will not be covered.

It is the installer's responsibility to check all other parts for correctness prior to the installation of the cylinder head. Any damage that occurs due to improper installation will not be covered.

Damage due to overheating, pre-ignition. or detonation will not be covered.

Any product used for competitive racing or performance enhancements will not be covered.

Any installed part either ordered incorrectly by the customer or shipped incorrectly is not covered under the warranty.

¿Qué no cubre esta garantía?

No se cubrirá la mano de obra para remover o reemplazar la culata.

No se cubrirá la mano de obra u otras piezas del motor dañadas como resultado de la falla de la culata de cilindros.

DER garantiza que la culata cumple con las especificaciones del fabricante en el momento de la entrega, pero no se responsabilizará de las grietas que puedan surgir en el futuro.

No se cubrirá la culata que no cumpla con las especificaciones debido a un uso incorrecto, dañada por accidente o negligencia (por ejemplo, daños causados ​​por una instalación incorrecta, sobrecalentamiento, abuso o negligencia).

Es responsabilidad del instalador comprobar que todas las demás piezas estén correctas antes de la instalación de la culata de cilindros. No se cubrirá ningún daño que se produzca debido a una instalación incorrecta.

No se cubrirán los daños debidos a sobrecalentamiento, preencendido o detonación.

No se cubrirá ningún producto utilizado para carreras competitivas o mejoras de rendimiento.

Cualquier pieza instalada incorrectamente o enviada incorrectamente por el cliente no está cubierta por la garantía.

DER must be notified by the customer of any warranty claim. DER reserves the right to examine and determine if the cylinder head meets the terms of Warranty under this claim and the right to examine any part associated with the engine/machine plus any other relevant documentation.

DER debe ser notificado por el cliente de cualquier reclamo de garantía. DER se reserva el derecho de examinar y determinar si la culata cumple con los términos de la Garantía bajo este reclamo y el derecho de examinar cualquier parte asociada con el motor/máquina más cualquier otra documentación relevante.
